India has grown leads and bounds in the past few years and Industries have expanded enormously, and have upgraded to international standards. Wfhile it’s a great positive sign for the country, it also provides youngsters great opportunity to build their career and find new horizons. It is true that the opportunities are aplenty for the youngsters but it is also true that the corporate and government bodies are not finding the right people. Many surveys have revealed that the education system in India has indeed produced abundant number of graduates and post-graduates but 60% of them are not job-ready. While the candidates are good at subject knowledge, they lack the practical knowledge and etiquettes which befit the corporate. There is a requirement of paradigm shift.
